The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company
The company shall not be in any way responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers in the booking office or in the vehicle.
No refund will be made to those who have not travelled in time.
If a confirmed ticket is cancelled within 1 week of the trip, no amount will be refunded. However, cancellation of the ticket before one week of the trip a cancellation charge of 50% of the ticket fare will be deducted from the party.
Children above 5 years will be charged full amount.
All Kinds of liquor are strictly prohibited in and around the vehicle.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
